Adult Swim has Mania readers with an exclusive first look at footage from 'The Drinky Crow Show'.
The new series, based on Tony Millionaire’s award-wining comic-strip 'Maakies' , is slated to debut on Adult Swim on Sunday, Nov. 23, at 12:15 a.m. (ET/PT). The animated comedy stars Drinky, a suicidal crow with a drinking problem, and Gabby, a depraved monkey. Both are crew members aboard the SS Maakies, and together they go on a number of misadventures usually involving drunkenness, violence, and mayhem.
Eric Kaplan (of 'Futurama' and 'Big Bang Theory' fame) joins Millionaire as producer of the show. The pair offered up a first episode during 2007's "Night of 1000 Pilots" event and trounced the competition. Now they've got thier own show. That's how it works in the biz, kids.
So, without further preamble, Mania is pleased to present your first look at 'The Drinky Crow Show'. You will believe an Elephant can squirt dismembered people from its trunk!
