The guy has to be Norman at the end.  The picture silhoutte of the man holding the Oscorp ball in the Oscorp lobby looks just like the guy in the cell. Also, maybe the guy was a figment of Connor's imagination. He was hearing things earlier.  But still Norman if you know what I mean...him imagining Norman there.

People have already mentioned it, but what about the connection between the tweed fedora in the beginning of the film and the tweed fedora that the mystery dude was holding in the credits stinger.

1. RP is a crazy bad guy

2. RP is mysterio

3. RP is a SHIELD Spy puppetmaster

4. RP is just kept in secret by Oz

But I agree that the stinger in the credits should have revealed more or not been included at all

Marvel doesn't disappoint with this reboot. This is as good as any of the first three. The lizard is well imagined and Garfield and Stone look like they stepped off the pages of the comic book. Excelsior!

 I will get this on dvd but refuse to see it in theatres...lol Sony needs to go down! lol

I saw this on Friday afternoon in a large theatre.  It was just me and 3 other people who came together.  I think that says a lot about where this movie will wind up on the list of comic book films.  The end was fine, the rest was blah.  I like the wise-cracking teen that was the Peter Parker in the comics.  They played him as a way too "rolling eyes" type of teenager to suit me.  I did not find that I really rooted for this PP.
