I wish Burton would do a toon Batman movie, that would be better.  Bring back Keaton to do voice.  Pick off where he left off in the movies.

I like your thinking Dazzler. Then again TAS almost felt like a continuation of Burton's Bats to a degree afterall it was modeled after his films

Wiseguy, actually B:TAS was modeled off of the Fleisher Bros. 1940's Superman cartoons. The Fleisher Bros. being most known for all their Popeye cartoons.

Skipping this one.  As a dog owner, I don't even want to think about life without my dog.  I would find it more personally offputting than darkly funny.

Um, why doesn't it make sense that he doesn't want people to know his dog is back alive?  I think it makes sense from the start.  Also, about the talk about children and ther love for their dogs not being enough statement or question - I think you're thinking too deep on that one.  I took a ten year old, seven year old, and three year old and they loved the movie for what it was - that didn't try to ponder the philosophies of it all.
