I have no trouble waiting until OnDemand release to see this. Maybe it's the star, Jennifer Lawrence. She left me cold in "X-Men: First Class". Seems like the lights are on but no one's home. Don't understand the fuss...but then I am an OLD GUY

Never read the book.  Didn't really speak to me.  I actually laughed at the previews.  No offense, but out of context, the premise/acting seemed silly.  But, this review inspired me store it away in my Netflix queue.  Wish the best for any fans of a series.

Man - I would totally let Olivia Wilde fart the alphabets into my mouth.

I don't care for these tween lit books/movies. Never have never will. They're overhyped over exposed crap. Go to a book store and you're up to your eyeballs in them and thier knock offs. It happened with Twilight (gag) and the same will happen with The Hunger Games.

I'm interested in seeing this mainly because it looks to be a well produced, original sci-fi movie which we haven't really had in a while.

Jawbreaking, NO KIDDING! Ms. Wilde is super hot!!!! She was super sexy in Tron: Legacy! Love her eyes!

You're wild about Wilde?  Catch her in the old episodes of House.  The best looking bisexual character on the show.  Wait, she was the only bisexual character on the show.

Seems Rob is right in line with the other critics over on Rotten Tomatoes.  Seems like a solid "B" film.  However, that number takes a dip after the hype dies down, but still pretty impressive for a film that I thought would be another tweener flick.

Again, if Jennifer Lawrence gets naked, I'm there.  Otherwise, it's Netflix for me.  I just don't spend money at the theater unless I really wanna see it.  I can't even remember the last movie I saw in the theater.  Might've actually been Thor...

VTGamehendge 3/23/2012 1:14:27 PM

That being said, this will be an epic year for me at the theater.  I plan on catching The Avengers, TDKR, and, of course, Prometheus.  I probably haven't seen more than two movies in the theater in the same calendar year since the late '90s.
