Ithink I liked Star Trek better than Avatar, but I loved them both for different reasons.  Oh and I love Tarra too.

I did like the new Star Trek quite a lot. But, I do agree with some of the crtic's here. I'm still not on board 100% with the alternate universe angle, but I'm not against it either. All the feature films could still happen exactly as they were, pretty much. Ok, maybe not ST:TMP, because Vulcan is destroyed. But, V'ger would still arrive, and on and on. What was it about the new ship design that some didn't like? I thought it looked pretty good.

I loved Transformers: ROTF, and I thought it was quite a bit better than the first movie. Drag Me To Hell was quite the nice horror flick. Raimi hasn't lost his touch, that's for sure. I have yet to see Terminator:Salvation, District 9 or Avatar. Since I lost my job at the end of November, I haven't rented or gone out much. Damn this economy...we've done it to ourelves though.

I think there should be a revised version of this list since avatar is now out
