reports that BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER regular James Marsters (who plays vampire Spike on the show), is keeping busy during his hiatus. He'll appear this fall on GENE RODDENBERRY'S ANDROMEDA where the trade paper says he plays a "decadent and dangerous archduke whose character was introduced off-screen in an earlier episode."
Marsters will also make an appearance in the VH1 anthology show STRANGE FREQUENCIES. There, he'll play a guitar tech who wants to be a rock and roll star and might get his wish when he summons the Devil after playing a long-lost song from Jimi Hendrix.
