Marvel Heroes and Villains on DVD in Canada

Morningstar Entertainment have released details of their 'Heroes' and 'Villains' gift sets featuring classic Marvel Toons.

If you live in Canada (or just like to shop from online retailers in Canada) you can pre order the Heroes Gift Set and the Villains Gift Set starting this week. They're due in stores on November 4th. Each set has an MSRP of $29.98 and contains a previous released DVD along with two new DVDS.

Contained in the 'Villains' set are:

• "Spider-Man vs. Dr. Octopus" - Hidden in his mysterious lair, the multi-armed super-villain uses a diabolical invention to blow out all the power in New York - but can Spider-Man turn the lights on again?
• "Spider-Man vs. The Vulture" - Spider-Man takes to the skies to stop the high-flying super-villain, who kidnaps a group of scientists to build an invisibility machine and a flock of deadly cyborg birds!
• "Fantastic Four vs. Dr. Doom" - Doom holds the Invisible Girl as a prisoner and Mr. Fantastic, the Thing and Herbie the Robot journey through time to find her ransom - Blackbeard the Pirate's treasure.
  

• "Captain America vs. The Red Skull" - He was created by the Third Reich as the ultimate evil - and he became Captain America's arch-foe!
• "The Mighty Thor: Enter Hercules" - Thor pays for his disrespect to Odin with a battle against the heroes of Valhalla - and a hand-to-hand fight with hercules for the hand of the woman he loves!
• "The Incredible Hulk: When Monsters Meet" - Arriving in Paris for a scientific conference, Bruce is given a possible cure for his condition, but his chances of using it are threatened by the appearance of a descendant of Quasimodo who wreaks havoc in the city with his giant mutant bat.
