Let's see... My personal choice for the new Avengers line-up. I'll stick with 7 members at the moment, that being a good functioning number....
Captain America (Rogers, not Bucky, except nothing less than the best), Thor, Iron Man, Storm (filling in the X-Men crossover, and where she goes so does her husband...), Black Panther, one of the following three: Warbird, Spider Woman, or Jessica Jones (second female and a good mid-level power), and the seventh.... somebody off the wall, either was an Avenger but only short-time and not for awhile or someone brand-new, Sandman or the new Captain Marvel
But if you really want Off the Wall, how about this.... Superman. For one year, and one year only, all of Spiderman and Supermans stories switches brands. Spiderman goes to Metropolis, joins the Justice League and battles DC villains while working as Peter Parker at the Daily Planet while Superman battles Doctor Doom with the Avengers while Clark contends with J. Jonah Jameson at the Bugle. I know, not likely to happen, but if they're going to do another Epic Event story that's one I'd like to see.
I also agree with a second international team. Henry Pym leading, with Hercules, Stature, Vision, Bucky (under another name), Black Widow, and let's go with Photon.

Screw that - I say Man-Thing. How interesting would that be? Ha, ha. I'm kidding. But Moon Knight would be cool because he is bat shit crazy. Thing is that Iron Man has issues with him.
