Hmmm. I thought this was going to be some reflections on phases 1 & 2 by the creators, not just a bunch of ffotage cobbled together from various movies. Oh well.

 Doesn't P2 end with Avengers 2?

Thanos looks too happy. I want him to look angry like he's gonna rape me.

freestrike 8/1/2014 4:10:45 PM

I think avengers 2 begins phase 3

Funny how they leave out Edward Norton and Terrence Howard.

Seeing Thanos was worth the whole video.

Forget about Marvel taking a victory lap...what they should be doing is saying a resounding thank you to the fans.  It's the loyal, adoring fans that make comic book super hero movies into the incredibly profitable business venture that they have become.

I'm only a casual fan.  These movies are a fun thing that I can share with my grandsons.  I'm actually more of a sports fan and don't visit the Mania website until after I've stopped off at the ESPN, NFL, NBA, Foxsports, CBS sports etc. websites.

Many of my brethren (sports fans) look down on devoted fans of genre movies, like they are some kind of weirdos.  I'm not one of them.  I see little difference between the guys who paint their faces to go to a football game and those that dress up like a comic book character to go to Comicon, nor do I see a difference between a guy who worships Tom Brady, or Derek Jeter and a guy a worships Ironman. It's all about fun, escape, diversion, entertainment and entertainers

However...I do think that the NFL, MLB, NBA and NHL (and their players) are much better at showing their appreciation to their loyal fans ( the ones that really make it all happen) than are Disney and Warner Bros. and the movie stars who make millions pretending to be Superheroes.  It's time they gave a little something back to the people ( make appearences, sign autographs, give things away...throw them a bone).

I completely disagree with what you said, and I am also a huge sports fan.

Marvel needs to adapt more stories from the books.  IM2&3 show that weakness despite the box office $$$.

 I'm with you almostunbiased

How the hell do the sports league give back more. Weren't the stars of these films just now at the SDCC signing autographs and all that jazz.

See all that money you pay for basic cable with a huge chunk going to espn or sports packages, see the price of tickets for the same sports? even at the nose bleed levels it's still more than most movie tickets.
