Mary Jane Statue

Bowen Designs has posted images of their upcoming Mary Jane Statue.

The figure, which was sculpted by Tony Cipriano, stands approximately 12" tall. It's painted and ready to display.

It will be available in June 2006 and is priced at $150.00.

Nice statues with well defined curves (Mainly the Boobs), But $150, I can think of some better things to get.

PERFECT Statue + PERFECT Pose + PERFECT Look + PERFECT body dimensions - Would have been nice to see MJ in a leather short skirt and boots - Not a perfect price though = Just BARELY missed the mark.

Mind you IF the statue was around the $100 mark I DEFINITELY pick it up!

But to date this is the best faithful comic female character to real life figurine transfer. Cudos to Bowen Designs

Ok full size statues are usually $150 to $200. Mini bust are $40 to $60. Bowen hasn't done a Mini statue for awile. So now you all know the prices, so quite looking at them if you are not interested.

it looks terrific from the neck down.
The face is a little weird... drug induced Prozak smile... and isnt Mary Jane NOT Asian? whats up with the anime eyes? The hair too.. well the hair *IS* difficult to sculpt so they are forgiven.

From the neck down it could also be Faith from Buffy the Vampire Slayer too. Perhaps it'll come with a little brown paper bag to put over the head? LOL!
