There is plenty of big-breasted ero-manga out there, but the girls in this book and the character on the front cover all have GIANT boobs. Therefore, if giant breasts like the pair on this cover disgust you, you aren’t the type of fan Sawaru was aiming for. Unfortunately, as far as production goes this is probably the lowest grade I’ve given an Icarus title. The pages in this book are cut too close to the spine and just about every page as dialogue text lost into the spine. This is incredibly unfortunate as it was probably a mistake on the side of the printers, but it doesn’t change the fact that this type of problem has become rather rare these days. So seeing it manifest in a book published in 2009 is a real bummer.
There are plenty of extras in the form of guest artist pics and words of encouragement, a note from the author, and a short synopsis of each story from the author. This synopsis page is in the middle of the book after a few chapters, which seems like a weird place to put it.
Artwork:
Sawaru’s art seems heavily influenced by other giant boob manga-ka like Yumisuke Kotoyoshi. Not only are the breasts similar but the character design in the older chapters of ‘Mazo Chichi’ are nearly identical with the design of the eyes and nose of Kotoyoshi’s characters. In later stories, especially the first six chapters of this book, Sawaru really develops his own art style and one that I would give high marks too. Unfortunately, the second half of the book looks surprisingly different and is full of seriously ugly dudes.
Through it all, Sawaru’s love of giant boobs and copious amounts of sex juices never waivers. Any fans of this style will love the art in this book.
Text/Translation:
The translation reads all right, despite the usual grammar problems seen with Icarus titles. Honorifics remain in all the chapters and are prevalent. This book is a little different compared to earlier Icarus titles as far as the Japanese SFX are treated. The large artistic Japanese SFX remains, but sometimes are given a smaller English translation alongside. I find this a cool addition, but inconsistent throughout the book.

This title has twelve chapters and four of them follow the same characters, providing some much-appreciated flow to the writing. Among these four chapters, those following the two girls Ouka and Shion are really funny. Shion is quite the experienced sex kitten and is always trying new stuff with her boyfriend, including cosplay and public sex. Though her boyfriend may have picked a battle he can’t win after Shion gets into bondage and dominates him.
Ouka is quite different from Shion. She is still a virgin despite the fact that she loves her childhood friend Akira. Problem is Akira won’t make a move, so Ouka is going to have to take things into her own hands. Of course, that is only after she spends plenty of time berating him for any number of things. Watching Ouka is kind of like seeing all the tsundere girls you’ve liked over the years finally just rip the clothes of the lame ass protagonist and have her way with him. Eventually things get even more exciting as Shion introduces Ouka and Akira to cosplay and orgy sex. Good times!
Just about every other story in this book involves orgies and bukakke. Another chapter I did enjoy quite a bit was story about teachers sexing it up at school. Tachibana is a new teacher that quickly discovers some faculty members are having crazy sex at school after the kids go home. It doesn’t take long before she herself in a kinky tryst with the math teacher and school nurse. Not only did I find it refreshing to see adults going at it, but the school nurses double-ended toy makes for an awesome sex scene.
Comments:
This is one tough title to grade. On one hand, I really like the art in the first half of this book but don’t care for the obviously older art in the second half. I love half the stories but found a couple of chapters to be real downers, especially the student/teacher story in two chapters of ‘Immoral Puppet’. I would have given the content a much lower grade but I really liked about half the chapters.
A lot of the sex is hot, unless you hate bukakke, and the chapters involving Ouka and Shion with their boyfriends are fun stories. If you have a thing for tsundere, then Ouka is your kind of girl. I also appreciated the two fantasy stories about magicians and pirates. However, the problem with dialogue disappearing into the spine is just plain annoying. Ultimately this is a tough book to recommend to people that don’t love giant bOObs and tons of orgy sex and juices.
