Famke Janssen is no longer in the film. The X-Men actress was forced to drop out of the production due to an illness in the family.

Lara Flynn Boyle (The Practice) was quickly signed on to fill the role Janssen left -- that of an evil alien bombshell named Serleena.

Meanwhile, in spite of numerous tenacious, unfounded rumors, Tommy Lee Jones is definitely in the film.

Word on the script was good, with the two leads having publicly spoken of how much they liked it. Could bode well for the film to come... and Sonnenfeld needs a hit after the ill-conceived "Wild Wild West."
