We all know Nolan is going to get it.  He's made three billion dollar movies and he wants to direct Bond. And now the chair is empty. Might as well not speculate any further.

yeah either Nolan or Fincher should direct the next one .

Hanso - I know, right? Just saw the news.

Let Peter Jackson do it. You know you want a seven hour Bond movie.

It would also be the only Bond movie to feature Bond walking about London for 45 minutes.

Not sure I understand why everybody is looking at action and genre (GENRE AS WE ALL HERE TALK ABOUT IT, DON'T GET INTO THIS DEBATE AGAIN, PLEASE) directors for this.  Before delivering some awesome, action packed Bond movies, Sam Mendes directed stuff like "American Beauty", "Road to Perdition", "Revolutionary Road" and "Jarhead"...seriously, I just hope they get a GOOD director and see if he can direct some great action and intrigue.

Although I do think a Guy Ritchie Bond movie has definite possibilities...

TheSilentKiller 3/6/2013 7:20:40 PM

Caveman, Ritchie would return us to the Bourneification of Bond. Great films but his action sequences are teeeeerrrrible.

SarcasticCaveman 3/6/2013 7:23:48 PM

You're quite right...I was never a big fan of Bond until Mendes though, sooooo...huh...this is

SarcasticCaveman 3/6/2013 7:24:45 PM

Looking for a director, you say?...why not Zoidberg?
