Over the next while, I'll be looking for and at Fan Films and sharing what I find.  Largely because I'm still pissed that they canceled Birds of Prey, I can't find any Batman on traditional TV and it's taking *scribble* *scribble* *erase* carry the 2 .. uh forever for 24 to start.

Ergo the preliminary FanFilmFocus will be on Batman and then will branch out to some other genre faves.

No doubt you will have seen some of these before.

My particular FanFilmFocus is designed for the fan-film newbie and the hardcore junkie - essentially it's to highlight the films that I've either found online in the past, and/or am currently finding, that I think are worth a look, or even, a second one.

Sure there's some excrement out there in fan-filmdom but it's amazing how bloody good some of them have gotten! 

So let's cut the crap and get to it, and open with an thermo-nuclear explosion; a veritable feast for the starving Batfan., a rare item for which hyperbole itself was invented., The Batman Fan-Film: GRAYSON.

Designed as a trailer for an upcoming movie (that Warner Brothers will never allow them to make  - Ed) don't let that fool you into thinking you're getting short-changed.

This is impressive material here presented in an professional manner that tells a square-jaw-dropping story that I for one would be willing to sign a petition., (in whomever's blood is required -Ed)., to have this made into a feature film.

Yet even without a full length feature, Grayson manages to unfold a tale that one or at least this one will not soon forget; that seems far more fleshed and comprehensive within the minds retinal center than its deceptive 5 minute running time would seem to indicate.

THIS fellow Lunatiks (that's "Maniacs!" - Ed) does the Batman _and_ DC Universe proud.
