I totally agree with Lister's points(#16 above)about the listing part of the column. I'd much rather have Kurt and Al's thoughts on various books, whether they're good or bad or meh, than the juvenile humour. I like Kurt's columns too, for the most part, and its many subtle (and not-so-subtle) digs at the unwashed nerd masses. Nothing wrong with being a nerd, just invest in some soap and apply it liberally under water.
