Celestial Being captures Revive Revival, one of the artificial human beings who call themselves Innovators, as part of a desperate plan to recover the quantum supercomputer Veda. The plan ends in tragedy when Anew Returner, Lockon's lover, is revealed to be a spy and confronts the Gundam Meisters in battle.
