That must've been a "what if" Thor caught the Hulk offgaurd moment or someting. I remember in a Secret wars story that all heroes were knocked clean out and the Hulk held like a mountain or something above them...thus proving he is the strongest one of all!

@Bryzarro...I was commenting on what Aegrant posted...He says his buddy is an extra and that it was a flash back scene in the 40's...

Apparently I was missread - the shots above are going to be during the final scens of the movie. They are ALSO filming a scene here (in Cleveland) that will be set at a flashback for Cap - it will be a BLACK TIE event set in the 40s. 

 Off couse there is nothing in the pics shown that correlates to a 1940s black tie event.

And yes the Hulk would kick Thor's Asgardian Azz!
