Hopefully Captain America:The first Avenger will not be up against ALIEN:The prequel to THE 1ST ALIEN but I think that is due in June 2011 or before July4th

Avengers- Joss Whedon not held down by Fox (or Sony for that matter) would make an awesome Avengers movie as he definitely not a noob to the comics world or to ensemble casts.

Cap casting- Blunt will turn out to be another Malkovitch or Bassett.  Eventually she'll take a comic boook film. Whether is because she likes money or for her kids isn't important. It's also not important to me she turned down Peggy here.  As an aside, the three actresses don't really look all that alike. Are they just doing a blanket casting of all white British actresses between 25-28? (Maybe that's a smaller sampling than it sounds?)

Red Sonia- Rose McGowan is head and shoulders better for this role than Fox. Let's ask Emily Blunt...

Megan Fox as Red Sonja? Pass. Let's finish killing her career so she can start making porn or go on Celebrity Rehab.

Fury was drawn by the ULTIMATES artists about 10 years ago intentionally to look like Sam Jackson. Kind of around the time alot of Logan/Wolverine in comics began looking likw Hugh Jackman.

What I would like is a Nick Fury film with both white and black Nick Fury. The story would be the same but you would show each version deal with situations the same. There may be similarities and differences between culture aspects but he still gets the job done.

Just do not make Blade white or Black Panther a white guy like Matt Damon in Invictus or Dorff in Power of One.

 Marvel has already shown us what the super serum does to a person in the Incredible Hulk.  Emil Blonsky was given the serum and he had definition but not bulk.  Very lean muscle which is what a man that is agile and light on his feet acrobatic with fast reflexes should be!  Evans is the right size and I can see the profile of his chin in the mask!  

Avengers: I agree with Wess, Whedon can pull off an ensemble cast and great at snappy dialog he'd be a fantastic choice for Avengers.

Buck Rogers: I loved the first couple of seasons of the TV show but the last season not so much. My favorite aspect of the show was the design of the Starfighters. Very cool visual look to them, sleek like an italian sports car. I had a model kit of it for years after the show ended untill fell off the shelf and smashed into like million pieces. Hopefully the movie will use that design.

@dragon261: The  Buck Rogers TV show only went a year and a half for a total of 39 episodes. 

My question is what year will he be taking off from since 1987 is unrealistic.  Frankly, they should have known that back in '79 but whatever...

Pigformers 3 will force Megan Fox to take an acting class and then after that flops with Avatardian money Sara Snooki Palin will give her a job criticizing PRESIDENT OBAMA  for not calling Sara Snooky Palin a PIG IN LIPSTICK  like Sara Snooky Palin wished President Obama called her.

I'm not sure why the Cap movie even has Bucky in it.  I always thought the character was kinda cheesy. I guess they'll have him get killed, like in the comics, so that Cap can be tormented etc.

I think Megan Fox is smokin' hot, but I don't see her as Red Sonja.  RS has to be more of an Amazon-type woman.  Fox looks too frail.  Also, as hot as she is, she's not the greatest actress.  Don't really see her out of a modern-day context.  Guess we'll see how she does in Jonah Hex to see if she can be convincing outside of the modern day.  Personally, I'd like to see her bomb in movies and go the porn route...
