Mr. BEAVIS AND BUTTHEAD to give us FUTURAMA the movie?

Mike Judge, the creator of KING OF THE HILL and BEAVIS AND BUTTHEAD, is heading back to big screen filmmaking for the first time since 1998's minor-classic OFFICE SPACE, and it's with an idea that sounds... familiar.
While Judge is not going to make a live action film of the genre comedy FUTURAMA, a passing fan couldn't be blamed for confusing his next film, 3001, with Matt Groening's show.
Judge is working now to bring 3001, the story of a modern man transported to the year 3001. No word on when it will be completed, but it could be out in 2003.
