I would say you covered all of my favorites (Farscape, Stargates, Pretender, X-Files. All of which I missed at least the first episode of, I also enjoyed Threshold but I started watching that one form the premiere and well it got canceled, so I don't think it's just Jason jinxing TV) More recently I would say NCIS. I missed the first few episodes, saw one called "Sub Rosa" and was amazed I had never heard of it before. I then almost instantly lost track of it for weeks, to thankfully find it again and have not missed a single episode since. Another one I would have to include is Bones, I missed just about the entire first half of season 1, but I haven't missed and episode since, now if I had to chose between it and NCIS, it would be NCIS, but thankfully it's on Wednesdays which in my opinion makes it the only good thing on network TV that night. Finally (though a sitcom), is How I meet your Mother. I saw parts of the premiere but had no idea what I would watching, but it was hilarious, again lost track for the whole reset of the season, until a friend provided me with recordings of "this great show he found" that he wanted to share. It truly is the funniest thing I've seen in ages and can't wait for season 2. The rerun of "Sweet Taste of Liberty" is on tonight (8/07) on CBS at 8:30. A truly funny episode from a great show.

Hmmm....assuming Sci-Fi runs Season 2 of Dr Who with no repeats, 'Christmas Invasion' looks like it will either air after the rest of the season, or fall between 'Army of Ghosts' and 'Doomsday', which is absolutely ridiculous, as 'Christmas Invasion' is far from a throw-away explains his "Am I being rude again?" in 'Tooth & Claw'; 'Love & Monsters' heavily references it, not to mention it gets the point across far better than any other episode (mostly because 'Christmas Invasion' did it so well) that Torchwood is an organization (or organisation) not to be trusted. In all fairness, it wasn't until after 'Girl In The Fireplace' that I finally saw the Children In Need special/'Christmas Invasion'....I had emmense troubles downloading those for some reason. But that raises another question -- will Sci-Fi show the Children In Need mini-episode? Possibly it will be edited on as the teaser for 'Christmas Invasion'? After all, that 7 minutes of TV explains the entire purpose for the next hour.
