I agree with SgtTechCom, Natalie is yummy. She should do a rap scene in this movie.

Well not susprised that she has been cast since that rumor has been floating around for 4 months. But like fft said I'm surprised that it's for Foster's role cause all indications have been that it would be an Asgard tale. Obviously all rumors since not many people know the actual story.

I'm good with Portman and I hope Biel is in it as well as Sif or Enchantress, either way is cool but I think she'd be better as Sif. I think Enchantress would require a better actress, as usual these are the juicier roles and looks alone won't cut it. But maybe Biel can pull it off and surprise

Jessica Biel in Thor? God I hope not, just because she is attractive doesn't mean she deserves a film role. Well my buck is that they don't cast Biel, the casting for this movie has actual been quite decent instead of blunders like Ghost Rider and F4.

There are so many actresses who can actually act and still look good at the same time, why Biel? Because she looked sexy in a catwoman outfit? Biel is just another star, but not an actress.

Portman is a great casting choice aswell.

Why Biel as Sif? Cause she kicked ass in Blade 3, TCM and Stealth. She can play that role and if you watch some of her films  she shows she can act IMO. She may not be great but she's more than serviceable

Omg, That rap she did was one of the funniest things I have seen her do, ever! She's so small, you don't expect those words to come out of her mouth but they damn sure do. Its actually pretty good casting as far as Portman goes, not only for her great acting skills but because she is so damn small,  Hermsworth is going to look huge as Thor standing next to her.
And the fan boys still hating on the hot chicks like Fox and Biel. Will it ever end?

Here is my feeling. Comic iteration of characters are exagerated and that exageration should stay there. Sure, it would have been nice to see a roided out Wolvie in the X-Movies. But I think for these  movies, I like a buff"normal guy", if any of that made any sense
