NECAonline continues coverage of the latest figures from this year's International Toy Fair as we debut the second figure from the upcoming newest series of Cult Classics Action Figures. Joining Stuntman Mike in Series 7 is the star of Tim Burton's 1988 horror-comedy classic: Beetlejuice! Wearing his classic striped suit, Michael Keaton's iconic exorcist of the living hits shelves this summer. In the coming weeks, we will reveal accessories, packaging, and more, but for now take a look at the first official Beetlejuice photo! Make sure to check back at NECAonline for the latest Cult Classics updates!

Check out all the details on NECAonline.

Robert take on the NECA’s Beetlejuice: I saw this guy at Toy Fair and I have to be honest with you, I would have bought him then and there if I was allowed to. Sadly the only Beetlejuice action figures ever to be released where modeled after the Beetlejuice cartoon show. There as never been a perfect likeness of Michael Keaton as Beetlejuice till now. Too bad we’ll never get that of Keaton as Batman.

There actually were Beetlejuice figures based on the movie. The figure of Beetlejuice himself was modeled after his likeness in the movie played by Michael Keaton, although nowhere near as detailed as this one. I still have them. Also, there were Batman figures modeled after Keaton's appearance as well. Shortly after the movie, Kenner began producing Batman figures under the Dark Knight name and the face was clearly based on Michael Keaton's batman, especially the mouth area.

Actually I had a Beetlejuice action figure, and also the Bruce Wayne action figure model after Keaton.

Same here...I had both figures as well. They actually a couple different Beetlejuice figures from the movie. I have the one in the striped suit as well as the pink/red suit from the end of the film.

Yeah, there were two waves of figures made from the movie. Burger King made "Happy Meal" figures from the after school cartoon and as recently as two years ago PVC figures were made of the characters. One of the best figures was a plastic headed stuffed talking doll with a pull string. Similar puppet/dummy figures were made of Ed Grimly & Pee Wee Herman.
