From that wiki description he should be easily adapted to the CW's Arrow universe.

Seth Gabel did good work on "Fringe". He really made you care about his character, and when he was written out of the series, it was a bummer.  "Arrow" is getting better, but they need to lay off the standard CW young love/angst crapola and concentrate on good action and storytelling. The actress who plays Dinah Lance is just awful, but looks nice in tight sweaters....IMHO

I like some of the changes they made, but not all.  I like the hood better then hat, but they still haven't called him Green Arrow yet.  Would've it have killed them to get a blonde for Dinah Lance, especially with her as a lawyer.  You know, give us some Black Canary if you're not gonna use her the way you should.  A real mask instead of spray eye liner?

I think because Green Arrow isn't as well known as say, Batman or Green Lantern, they feel they can 'adjust' his origin, costume, and characters.  But, the show IS still in it's infancy soooo... who knows.  I haven't watched tonight's episode yet, but I swear I caught robbers with playing card hockey masks so I'm assuming it's the Royal Flush Gang...
