Never Fear, the UNDERDOG Trailer is Here

IESB has posted the new trailer from Walt Disney Pictures' UNDERDOG. The movie stars Jason Lee, Peter Dinklage, Patrick Warburton, and Brad Garrett. Jason Lee provides the voice of Underdog and Amy Adams voices Polly Purebread.

The story centers on an ordinary beagle who unexpectedly finds himself with unimaginable powers and the ability to speak. Dressed in a superhero outfit , Underdog vows to protect the citizens of Capitol City.

The film opens August 3rd.

Scooby Doo 1 and 2 sucked.

Rocky and Bullwinkle sucked.

Garfield 1 and 2 sucked.

WHY did they think this was a good idea??

(SIGH), and Alvin and the Chipmunks with Jason Lee as Dave is next on the horizon.

This crap needs to end.

And COLLECTOR, Spider-Man 3 was excellent.

It's official.... the collector is my arch enemy... he stands for everything I stand against...
I hope this movie shapes up ok, the kids would probably love it, but so far not that impressed, the whole shoeshine boy deal from the cartoon was part of its charm... they should have found a way to make it work.... but if anybody is wondering why this movie got made, keep the commercial and dvd success of both the first Garfield and Scooby Doo in mind, we don't have to like it it just needs to make money, couple that with the superhero craze and it was inevitable

This is going to be dumb, but I showed the trailer to the kids and they loved it, so I guess I'm going to see this openign weekend and probably end up buying it on DVD. I haven't liked any of these movies made from the old cartoons I watched as a kid and I doubt I'll like this one too much. Jason Lee's fine, but I miss Underdog's cartoon voice.

Yeash! Another cheesy classic of my childhood remade. I'll tell ya what, after seeing this trailer I know EXACTLY what is next-Mighty Mouse...LIVE ACTION!

I'm not interested, but this is gotta be geared towrd the boy. Probably a good movie for grandpa to take him to.
