Yeah, that release date is going to change... or DC will get spanked badly.

The mask just makes the chin stand out more.  It's all I can see.  It's gotta be hard to shave a chin like that.

I think Marvel will blink with Cap 3. They will move it. Not that the B vs S will be a better movie necessarily. However, Cap is into its 3rd film. B vs S will be the first movie with both classic heroes in the same flick. It will beat Cap 3 at the box office opening weekend. Depending on how good the movie actually is, it could gross more as well.

He's got the chin, but does he have the voice?

@Sanity: I think Afflek may have found the perfect character for his chin, it actually looks great but @Miner49er, I completely share your concerns about the voice.  I remember Daredevil.  Ben's monologue about justice prowling from the rooftops or whatever sounded like my paperboy; not intimidating at all.  I'm not suggesting he goes full bleach-drinking Bale for the voice but he's got to do better than he did in Daredevil or it will really hurt the character.

Used to be so much hate for Affleck as Batman at first. Now that people are seeing how great he looks, some doubts have gone away. I thought it was a very interesting choice, just like Jesse Eisenberg as Luthor. Interesting makes me excited. I'm happy that some people are keeping open minds.

My biggest concern is that DC's plan for rolling out their stable of characters isn't going to work for them. I hope it does, but it just feels like they became impatient and decided not to copy Marvel's formula. Marvel played the long game and earned the excitement of a big team up. If they had done Iron Man and then The Avengers, I'm not confident that that would have been nearly as fun. So I hope DC's plan works out. For them and for us.
