Cool it's coming out on my Birthday. I know exactly what I'll be doing. I did like the trailers I saw in the theaters. Unfortunately I can't view the new trailer from work. This computer doesn't to like quicktime.

This seems uninteresting to me...and I really don't like gaudy visuals. And to add to that, the CG work just looks like a high end video game. This work is not a CG break through, as was Tron...T2...or Jurassic Park.

This technology just isn't not ready to break the glass ceiling yet, and produce truly photo real images of humans and certain environments!!!

This could be cool, but what is it rated? It looks like it will be R. As cool as the technology is, I agree with metal that still have a little ways to go before it looks truly life-like although they have come a long way. I will probably see this movie, but I might wait for the DVD or check it out at the dollar show.

After seeing the 'Red Band' trailer I would guess it would get an 'R' rating, though I could also see them not trusting an 'R' rating to bring in as much money as PG-13.

As far as the film goes...It does still have that creepy, not quite human 'Polar Express' animation style and for some reason, we still have issues with animating the human mouth??

I think it looks cool, but it's strange that they decided to make the characters look like the actors. Maybe that's what's throwing me? It does kinda look like a CG Video game, but that would be one freaking awesome game. I'll probably give this a shot.

I agree that it looks like a well done video game, but I'm looking forward to seeing it. I love the story. The Beowulf and Grendel movie made in Iceland that came out last year was pretty good, too.

uhhhh... not really sure what you guys are looking for, but to me that is some of the best animation I've ever seen.... but will it suck?
