It definitely has spaghetti western roots, but as QT and others have said- This film is a "Southern".

Kurt Russell is in it???   Might have to see it then, it could help wipe the memory of Death Proof from my mind.

Yet Ican't wait for this. I wonder if as per usual the villains are going to steal the show or if Waltz will, I just doubt that it'll be Foxx

 Hasanyone noticed that QT dressed Jamie EXACTLY like "Little Joe" in BONANZA??? I mean EXACTLY as Michael Landon was dressed in the later years, down to the black gloves.
