Why is it that deadpool doesn't have his mask

I've got a real bad feeling that this movie's going to tank...

Deadpool doesn't have a mask because he's not Deadpool yet.  He's still just Wade Wilson, mouthy soldier.  He becomes Deadpool by the end of the movie.

I think it's gonna be a kickass movie,and yes I'm a comic book fan, and no it's not gonna be a "literal" translation of the comic, BECAUSE IT'S A MOVIE, it takes place in Marvel Universe 265 (The Movie universe)

This movie has already made it's money back, and it's not even out yet

I read (don't remember if it was here or not) that Wolverine is tracking really well which leads to our original train of thought that the "leak" wouldn't hurt the box office numbers.
