Read between the lines. I think there's secret messages there.

Here's a friendly reminder (to Starlight) that the first trailer for The Twilight Saga: New Moon will premiere...

It wouldn't surprise me, one bit.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to see it.

Effing dialup.

(for hanso) -- I hope it has lots of romantic staring going on between Jacob and Edw...no, Bella! I mean Bella!

I hope to go see Up! today.

Wiseguy 5/29/2009 7:44:55 AM

I know Starlight was jumping up and down on his bed when he read this :)

StarlightGuard 5/29/2009 8:46:18 AM

I would never jump up and down on the bed concerning Twilight news.

Well...not anymore...it...sort of...you know....broke this morning.

And the water bed....well....I didn't know you shouldn't jump up and down on waterbeds. You can have really great rough sex on them, but bouncing isn't something they handle well.

Quick! I must go tell the cats! There's a New Moon trailer dawning soon!

Oddly enough (and you should go check yourselves) this trailer is debuting on a day when the New Moon itself is going to dawn in the lunar cycle.

I was going to ask why the hell is he shirtless, but since it looks like the Italian sequence, I already know why.

I must say, he's not listed as shirtless in the novel.

boing...boing...boing....thud....ah hell

Starlight, I hate to admit it, but this little teaser actually looks pretty decent.

Starlight...What up man, you still living in the 80's? Waterbeds went out of style a long time ago...As a matter of fact, I don't know anyone that sleeps on a waterbed...Anyways, the first of these movies I still have yet to see but probably will not cause I'm not a 17 year school girl infatuated with falling in love with a make believe creature of the night...I will stick with Star Trek/Star Wars and it's totally altered universe and leave the 17 year old girl movies to the 17 year old girls...

laforcer69@yahoo.com_home 5/31/2009 10:00:42 PM

On a side note...I am sure looking forward to this new season of True Blood...What? A guy can't like a t.v. show based on a 21 year old woman falling in love with a creature of the night? At least there are shape shifters in True blood, no more be said....

jedi4sshield 5/31/2009 10:29:49 PM

Come onnnn a freakin prick set him on a blood lusting rampage! Have these Vampires any degree of control? tsk tsk. So I take it they must freak out every time there is a car accident or kids scrapes his knee or walk past a supermarket or someone bites their lip or cuts themselves shaving WTF is this? Didnt see the first movie wont see this movie but I did like the wolf changing scene!

I'm more into the Anne Rice Vampires than anything else! All the books rule. Hahahah Vampires that glitter in the sun hahahahahahaa. Too precious.

StarlightGuard 6/1/2009 4:15:09 AM

well, as I still cannot see the trailer, I don't know if they've botched it or what...

I...uh...ahem...was kinda hoping there'd be one in front of Up, but there wasn't...but Up was still very, very good....ah hell it was EXCELLENT!

I never had a waterbed...my cousin did though...kinda miss them...and hell I'm not some 17 year old girl that's in love with the idea of falling in love either...nor am I just in love with that whole prospect...(but I admit I've known a few girls who were, at one time or another)...

I'll say this for you fft,...it some more action sequences than Twilight did (at least the novel versions)...but the primary focus of the story is getting to know Jacob through good times and bad (werewolf days) and trying to forget Edward...then trying to save Edward

and of course Jacob's wolf pack hunting bad vampires here and there

djcgmcse 6/1/2009 5:39:06 AM

Edward is a pedophile.  He's 108 years old guy who's hitting on a 17 year old girl.  Someone needs to put a stop to this.

Redshirt1 6/1/2009 8:00:54 AM

It seems as if alterations in the novel are already in place.  In the book Bella did not run towards Jacob screaming for him to run away only to have Jacob transform into a wolf in front of her.  Jacob and his pack found Bella with the vampire in the forest and chased him off and ripped him to shreds.  Nonetheless it looked ok.
