The film stars Harrison Ford, Shia LaBeouf, Cate Blanchett, Ray Winstone, Karen Allen, John Hurt and Jim Broadbent. Director Steven Spielberg is back behind the camera, based on a screenplay penned by David Koepp and Jeff Nathanson.

The highly anticipated film hits theaters May 22, 2008.

I'm actually surprised its taken this long for Indy to realize that his relics and artifacts werent being displayed in ANY Museums around the world... ever! That the Ark of the Covenant was boxed up and forgotten IMMEDIATLY after he brought it back to the states... it seemed as if Indy was being played by Marcus all along and sent out on wild "hot pursuits" to go fetch the trinkets for the United States when Marcus never actually intended on publically displaying them... ever.
Personally, **I** dont need to go full circle with Indy, I dont need it to end where it all began..not for the sake of just doing it for the hell of it, there better be a damn good reason why first.

You said it! There'd better be a damn good
reason for any of us to buy into this. Steven,

He knew the ark was hidden away. He was pissed about it. I get that. But what's all this about none of his things being in museums?
I don't get what you're saying McKracken. As for the full circle, let's wait and see.

Personally, I like the idea of him finding the Ark all over again. After all that work in trying to find it in the first place, who's to say he doesn't deserve it. It belongs in a mueseum...er...I mean in his house as a his coffee table.

almost, ok I stand corrected- none of the pieces (to my knowledge) were ever displayed, not the Ark (lost in Warehouse) not the Sankara Stones (returned to village) not the Holy Grail (lost in Crevasse) I'm at a loss as to the final fate of the Cross of Coranado, but still Indy has a proven track record of loosing his atifacts after he rescues them.

AICN is reporting that Harry Knowles found the Cross of Coronado lodged in his ass.

Ok, i think Mental has a man cruch on Harry Knowles,,,,,But I think Indy is gonna be great. It would be really cool if they tied things in from all 3 movies....but I am cool if they don't....I am very interested to see a trialer for this.

Who says that tight shot of Indy standing on some wooden boxes is in the government warehouse from "Raiders?" Is that speculation based on anything other than the photo?

I love it. After seeing this photo, it suddenly dawned on me the final chapter could be at once obvious and yet at the same time brilliant. The first film really didn't have closure, just a comment on the typical inanity of authority. But what if this film turns it around and we see the real ending. If that's what they have in mind, there are some very interesting possibilities that suggest themselves.
