Green Hornet looks even better now and it sounds like some of the bashers of it may be eating crow.

Dark Knight Rises I think that if the rumors are true it would make it interesting to see Talia al Ghul in it but the thing is everyone keeps throwing her in as the villian role, however not only would it make for something interesting to see her as the love intrest but it could lead to other things lets not forget in the comics she is the mother to Bruce Wayne's son Damian Wayne. As far as the villianess role you could have Sugar (the female version of the ventriloquist) and Scarface, Poison Ivy (it would be a stretch in the Nolan-verse but its possible), or even Harley Quinn (sorta hard to do with out the Joker but it could be done)

Priest Looks pretty good to me although I swear Cristopher Plummer's Monsignor Orelas reminds me a lot of Ian McDiarmid's Palpatine. Did anyone else catch that?

Just because some reviewers say GH didn't suck as bad as they expected, I would take that for an endoresement.  The biggest asset GH has is that this is a dead season for movie releases.

R.I.P.D.?!  Seriously?!  How many fan boys do you hear clamoring for this flick?  How much interest is there in the script before production has even started?  With M.I.B. 3 set to start soon, who even cares about some M.I.B: Supernatural Division.  While I still don't have much faith in Fox's ability to create a good Deadpool (or comic) movie no matter how good the cast and script, I'll still take it over another uninspired genre flick that got made just because the rights weren't tied up in development hell.

I don't like Thor.  Never have.  Not crazy about Australian action stars either ( a personal thing, but to me Hemsworth just sounds like Crocodille Dundee: God of Thunder).  That being said, I'm going to see this movie on opening day.  It just looks good. Not as a genre thing or as a fan boy project I've been waiting for or even as an Avengers tie-in.  It just looks like a good fantasy themed movie regardless of any experiences you may or may not have had with the comic.

"Green Hornet is still going to have a hard time fighting the negativity around it and its lead star."...?  THIS is the ONLY place I've read negativity about either one.  Why do people assume a movie is going to do poorly simply because they personally don't care for the main actor?  I'm not saying it's going to break box office records (it's coming out in January for godsake), but a lot of people like Seth Rogen just fine and with the usual slim pickins that happens after the holiday season, Green Hornet does look like the best of the crap that'll be coming out.

I guess you don't read other websites. There's plenty of hate or dislike for Rogen. The guy sucks IMO. And it isn't like he's money, he even took down the surest thing in Hollywood, Adam Sandler. He's had 2 succesful films as a lead, Knocked Up and Pineapple Express. Everything else has bombed, he's better as a cameo or brief appearance or  if we don't have to look at his face like Monsters vs Aliens.

I don't think the film will completely bomb either mainly because of the dead zone is coming out in but I don't think we'll be getting a sequel announcement anytime soon either.

The thing I can't stand abou the majority of Rogen's roles (besides MvA) is that he seems to feel that, to be funny, he has to drop an F-bomb every other word - it's just stupid. I'm weighing the option on wether to see GH, but Rogen basically only has one character that he knows how to play - costume or not.

Wow! I'm surprised, but Priest looks like it will be REALLY good!

Priest does look pretty damn cool. Karl Urban plays a good bad guy.  I'm not familiar with the source material so didn't know it was about vampires. Makes me want to see it even more. Bettany has turned himself into a badass!

Dark Knight Rises  I am hoping that it is Talia Ghul. I'd rather it be someone we haven't seen before in any Batman flick. I can't see Hathaway as her though. Biel has the physicality and body.

Dredd villain is Ma-Ma. *sigh* I was hoping for Judge Death. Couldn't she at least play one of the Sisters of Death? 

Priest looks great. Love the gritty post-apocalyptic world. Nice touch with the televised confessionals. If we all lived in a theocracy, this is how I would imagine it to look like.
