New "The Simpson Movie" Trailer Online

By: Karl Schneider
Date: Monday, February 19, 2007
Source: Apple

Fox has released a new trailer for the upcoming film The Simpson Movie via Apple.

You can find the trailer here.

The plot of the film is relatively unknown at this point, but will be based on the characters made famous via the hit Fox TV show.  The film hits theaters on July 27, 2007.

KJ's Take:  I think they are a few years too late with this film, but everything I've seen so far has been pretty damn funny.

Absolutely... the people complaining about this movie need to get a grip... It may be past its prime but the Simpsons in seriously funny and this movie seems like just the kind of distraction that moviegoers need these days. Just a lot of harmless fun... I'll be there

This is like a really super long extended episode of Simpson, wrapped around a stick of butter .... mmm the tasty goodness of a completely meaningless hilarious movie. Now if only it had a hole in the middle ... mmm donuts. Simpsons is a brilliant sitcom, I will be standing in line for this one for sure.

"I'll teach you to laugh at things that are funny."

Seriously, KJ, what is with your negativity? Oh.....and where do you get your scoops? I knew about the trailer for two days. Why is Mania so behind with "scoops"? Anywho, Simpsons is not too late for this movie. I would much rather see this than Spidey-3. I am very excited about this moive. "Why you little.....I will teach you to laugh at things that are funny!" Hilarious. I love how the plot is so obscure, that is going back to traditional Simpson roots.

I mean ill go see the movie, but i actually agree with KJ on this one. i remember when this movie was supposed to have come out a long time ago. i think it should have been made when the simpsons was still at its hype.
i honestly dont really know that many more people who watch it. im not saying that this movie is going to suck by anyway, just that it might be a little to late for others.
but, i think they do need to come out with another beavis and butthead movie! and maybe even a family guy or another south park. that would be cool.
and like madmaniac said, this if coming around the time that its good to go see seomthing that everyone else nows and is laid back for a change.

I'm not sure why people insist "The Simpsons" is past its prime...it's still damn funny. And this movie looks great.
