Playmates Toys has announced additions to THE SIMPSONS interactive environment action figure sets in time to celebrate Halloween and Christmas, with the comning debuts of two new entries: The Treehouse of Horror Alien Spaceship and the Simpsons Family Christmas. Both playsets will be available exclusively at Toys 'R' Us stores in September and October, respectively, and will retail for $24.99. Each set will be presented in "Try Me" packaging, allowing consumers to hear the characters' voices on the retail shelf.

THE SIMPSONS TREEHOUSE OF HORROR, ALIEN SPACESHIP
Enter the spooky world of Kang and Kodos' Rigellian spaceship, featuring talking Kang, Kodos and Alien Ship Homer exclusive figures. Connecting any of the figures to the three different register ports activates the figures' Intelli-Tronic voices. Playset accessories include the book "How to Cook Forty Humans" and an alien probe.
THE SIMPSONS FAMILY CHRISTMAS
THE SIMPSONS' living room environment stars holiday dressed Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa and Maggie riding Santa's Little Helper as exclusive figures. Characters come to life when connected to the three different register ports, activating the figures' Intelli-Tronic voices.
