Some new concept photos for the upcoming sequel Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (new title without the "2") have made their way online at Jalopnik via a poster at the Motown Muscle forums. Unless the photos are a fake or disinformation, something Bay has hinted may be coming, it seems to show that the character of Bumblebee will be transferring into a 2010 Chevy Camero Z28 for the sequel. The other car is a future look at the corvette series, another model likely to be used for a transformer in the sequel.

You can check out the two other photos here.

The upcoming sequel stars
Shia LaBeouf, Megan Fox, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, John Turturro, Isabel Lucas and Rainn Wilson. Michael Bay is once again directing, based on a screenplay by Alex Kurtzman, Roberto Orci and Ehren Kruger. Production is currently underway in Philly.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen will hit theaters June 26, 2009

Love that Camaro. At the end of the day I'm not there to look at cars but robots fighting it out. Still, a hot car doesn't hurt either. Especially for the young kids, I know I used to be car crazy and GM has a 2 hour semi-commercial again. Not that I blame them either, better them than Honda.

Love the new design. The bigger scoop gives it more of a badass look. But its not all entirely that much different then the previous one.

I used to own an 87 Camaro, so I can definitely appreciate its "badass-ness"!

That Corvette is the hottest thing I have ever seen.

hmmm if that Corvette is an Autobot, it would have to be Tracks. The vain flying vette from the series who hung with the puerto rican breakdancing, car thief in NY.

Jarrod, how can you have a Transformers story and not have the Megan Fox pic? You disappoint!

Once again WiseGuy we are in total agreement. The cars are nice, but I want some badass bot-battles scenes, and a little slowed down this time. I mean Bay is known for his cheesy slow-mo shots to put a "dramatic" element into it (Bay's only form of drama) and then when the fun starts with bots it's all speeded up. I couldn't help but feel like he was hiding something. Like maybe the CGI work wasn't as good as anticipated so he sped it up, put some camera angles that showed partial bots battleing, and such. This isn't the first time that's it's happened (I'm not saying Bay does this all the time but that other director's have.)

On a side not that vette looks AWESOME! I'm a huge fan of the car and it has a sweet touch of the Stingray. But looking at this photo makes me think that it should be attached to a Batman tagline. Maybe it's the color but that front end is very reminiscent of the Bat.

I'm with you fft5305, where is the Megan Fox picture? I thought we had a deal Jarrod.

As for the pics, cool vette, but I'm with you guys about the robots fighting. I love going to car shows and I'll stick with that if I want to look at cars.

So is there any clue to who the 'vette will be? Perhaps Hot Rod from the cartoon?
