The new teaser poster for Punisher:War Zone has premiered online today, albeit simplistic, it shows the primary symbol for Frank Castle, which you should be seeing in theaters next winter. Click on the photo on the left for a full size photo, courtesy of UGO. The latest adaptation of the comic book hero stars Ray Stevenson, Dominic West, Doug Hutchinson, Colin Salmon, Wayne Knight, Dash Mihok and Julie Benz. Director Lexi Alexander led the project, based on a screenplay by her, Matt Holloway, Art Marcum and Nick Santora.

Plot Summary: Waging his one-man war on the world of organized crime, ruthless vigilante-hero Frank Castle sets his sights on overeager mob boss Billy Russoti. After Russoti is left horribly disfigured by Castle, he sets out for vengeance under his new alias: Jigsaw. With the "Punisher Task Force" hot on his trail and the FBI unable to take Jigsaw in, Frank must stand up to the formidable army that Jigsaw has recruited before more of his evil deeds go unpunished.
Punisher: War Zone will hit theaters Dec. 5, 2008.
