What the fuck was that?

Did you watch the 2009 Scream Awards last night on Spike TV? You didn't? Oh well, without seeing the Johnny Depp coverage here at Mania, you can still check out the new footage for Alice in Wonderland, the upcoming adaptation from Walt Disney Films and director Tim Burton in which Depp plays the "Mad Hatter." Check it out in the video player below. The film stars Depp, Anne Hathaway, Helena Bonham Carter, Crispin Glover, Matt Lucas, Marton Csokas, Tim Pigott-Smith, Lindsay Duncan, Geraldine James, Leo Bill, Jemma Powell, Mairi Ella Challen, Mia Wasikowska, Stephen Fry, Alan Rickman, Michael Sheen, Timothy Spall, Christopher Lee, Paul Whitehouse and Barbara Windsor. Director Tim Burton helmed from a story by Linda Woolverton.
Plot Concept: From Walt Disney Pictures and visionary director Tim Burton comes an epic 3D fantasy adventure "Alice in Wonderland," a magical and imaginative twist on some of the most beloved stories of all time. Johnny Depp stars as the Mad Hatter and Mia Wasikowska as 19-year-old Alice, who returns to the whimsical world she first encountered as a young girl, reuniting with her childhood friends: the White Rabbit, Tweedledee and Tweedledum, the Dormouse, the Caterpillar, the Cheshire Cat, and of course, the Mad Hatter. Alice embarks on a fantastical journey to find her true destiny and end the Red Queen's reign of terror.
Alice in Wonderland will hit IMAX 3-D theaters and conventional theaters March 5, 2010.
Johnny Depp Rules he makes any movie just awesome. Thats that but this is pretty much the same trailer i've seen before nothing new about it really.
Try again !
I wouldn't call it extended... it's the same trailer just cut a little differently... I think. It didn't flow well. But I'll still go see it.
Looks amazing but nothing here grabs my attention. Burton has been in a major slump with the last few films. Maybe his wife and Depp have something to do with that. He needs to go back to original material.
This is out there and I agree with Wise, or at least that's what the trailer makes it look like. Let's assume that they r just using Depp to sell tickets and they won't over use him. Burton is on or off in my opinion and Depp does not always a good movie make. I think they are losing it if you ask me.
I really don't know what to make of this. Visually it looks good but overall probably half-assed like most of Burton's work has been of late.
