This week’s episode opens with Oliver killing a high priced assassin who has just arrived in town. Oliver takes the assassin’s phone to Felicity so she can decrypt the information and find out who was the target. Of course, we already know this.

Universal Pictures did some minor tinkering with their summer release schedule today, with 2 Guns moving up two weeks (to August 2) while Kick-Ass 2 gets pushed back.from July 28 to August 16, 2013.
