Niles No Longer Penning Spawn 2

SteveNiles confirmed on the message board of his official website SteveNiles.comthat the Spawn 2 script he and Todd McFarlane wrote is being drasticallyretooled by another writer. Niles said, "We were pretty sure this was goingto happen from the beginning. The script had some pretty big problems,anyway. The biggest being that Spawn never actually appeared in it!"

Niles is confident that Spawn2 has the potential to be a great film. He said, "From what I hear,the script is in very good hands now and there's a great producer attached."

Niles involvement with thefilm is over. The writer said he's happy that the film is in good hands and hopes a greatSpawn movie is made as a result.
