Noah features Russell Crowe, Jennifer Connelly, Saoirse Ronan, Douglas Booth, Logan Lerman, Emma Watson, Ray Winstone, Anthony Hopkins, Kevin Durand, and Mark Margolis. Noah is directed by Darren Aronofsky (The Fountain).
Noah arrives March 28th, 2014.

I'm pretty excited for this movie... of course they're taking some creative liberties, but from what I'm seeing here, the movie looks to be staying close to the biblical account of the flood.

 Which itself is more or less plagiarizing and taking creative liberties from things like Gilgamesh.

 Doublerdiner. Man. We get it. You read. No one cares.

  No, Logic, it's not about me reading, it's about me hating on the Bible. Jeez, try to keep up!

looks like a exciting fantasy adventure story

 @doublerdiner- Touche.

Doublerdiner, just take it as a fantasy story. I'm sure you don't get upset that people might believe in elves or dragons or One Ring To Rule Them All when watching the LOTR or Hobbit movies. You just look at it as a movie you could enjoy.

doublerdiner 12/3/2013 11:29:53 AM

 Oh, no, I totally agree, monkeyfoot!  I think the movie looks good and I look forward to seeing it.  Sorry, I should have mentioned that.

I am always willing to suspend my disbelief for the sake of the movie or television show, and am more than willing to do so for Darren Aronofsky.  I enjoy his movies, even though they're the kind that I don't really feel the need to see a second time.  Except The Fountain which I just think is beautiful.

And the cast of Noah looks fantastic!  Ray Winstone vs. Russell Crowe should be great.

Is plagerizing a myth from a fictional book actually taking liberties? DoubleDiner, I hear ya!

This is as much a fantasy film as LOTR.....from the actual material to the Book it's taken from.
