Honestly I don't want to see a Nolan Bond. I don't think he directs action well at all. Everything else would be so spot on... but his action sequences would be lacking... but that's just me.

 I only based Tom hardy as bond because of this story . If Nolan directs , hardy will be bond . 

 Hardy is a great character actor.  Just don't see him as Bond.  Watched him in Tinker, Tailer, Soldier Spy.  Again, very good at taking on solid parts, but blends in the background.  Fassbender stands out in everything he does.  Both good actors.  I just think Hardy would make a better villian in a Bond film than the lead.

I checked out Tinker Tailer and I didn't know he was going to be in it, then I saw him; but I agree he was part of the scenery AND I kinda felt I was watching his character from Inception but with longer hair.  Not saying complete copy, but was just part of the movie.  Not a bad movie I might add.  Too slow for my wife to watch, but I will watch G. Oldman stare at a door all day.

 Hardy might be a good choice to reintroduce Ernst Starvo aka Blofeld.  The puppet master behind many of the villians in the series.  I can see  Hardy giving the character a good menacing update.  One that would put the Austin Powers parody out to pasture.  

 Oh, I watched Tinker, Tailer, Soldier, Spy last night.  It was briliant.  One giant chess game and some incredible performances.  SPOILER: Oldman's quiet intelligence made me wonder if he knew all along who was the spy.  It was just a play to get him back in power.  I really need to watch it again.
