In the realm of "why don't you own this already," few titles fit in there like Shingu does. Originally released by Nozomi Entertainment over five volumes back when singles were still all the rage, it was boxed up and gained a following. But we hear that there are still a lot of people who don't own this series and in fact have never even heard of it. Nozomi is trying to correct this by pricing a full twenty-six episode series full of the awesome for just $30 come this may. And going by the solicitation, they're even including the same 44-page booklet with English production notes, an interview with Director Tatsuo Sato that we saw previously.
With the usual row of complaints about cookie cutter shows and nothing original being done, this is one of those shows that people talk about wanting but never seem to find.
