21 DOWN is the new series Jimmy Palmiotti is writing for new editor Bob Harras at WildStorm Productions.
"Basically, it's about a 20-year-old tattoo artist who has a year to live and a woman who might have something to say about it," Palmiotti says. "The book is still in the works with WildStorm, and everything has yet to be ironed out with editorial."
Palmiotti says 21 DOWN will be co-written by Justin Grey.
