Dave Roman's webcomic 'Agnes Quill: An Anthology of Mystery' is now in development as a big screen adaptation by Paramount Pictures.

Thor Freudenthal of 'Hotel for Dogs' fame  is attached to direct from a script by Evan Spiliotopoulos.

The comic, currently running on Webcomics Nation features the adventures of the titular teen detective, who lives in a haunted city and where she solves mysteries with help (and sometimes hindrance) of her ghostly companions.

Adam Goodman (formerly of DreamWorks) picked up the film rights for the studio.

Spiliotopoulos previously adapted the Oni Press graphic novel 'The Last Call' for Universal. Steven Gilder and Jason Clark will produce.

Thanks to Antonello Blueberry for the submission.
