With production scheduled to begin rolling sometime this month in New Orleans, Summit Entertainment and director Gavin Hood are finishing up their casting process for the long-awaited adaptation of Ender's Game. Deadline reports that three more joined the project this week, with the inclusion of Nonso Anozie, Stevie Ray Dallimore and Andrea Powell. The latter two will play the parents of Ender (Asa Butterfield) while Anozie will tackling the role of Sergeant Dap.
The three incoming stars join the previously confirmed Butterfield, Harrison Ford, Hailee Steinfeld, Abigail Breslin, Ben Kingsley, Viola Davis. Moises Arias, Conor Carroll, Aramis Knight, Brendan Meyer, Jimmy "Jax" Pinchak, Suraj Parthasarathy and Khylin Rhambo.
Plot Concept: Based on Orson Scott Card's award-winning novel by the same name, "Ender's Game" is the story of a young boy, a genius strategist, who is drafted by the International Fleet to destroy the alien Formic race.
Ender's Game will strike theaters March 15, 2013.

He was the original voice for the armored bear Iorek Byrnison in The Golden Compass too, before New Line stepped in and swapped him out with Ian McKellen. You can hear Nonso's version in the first trailers for the movie, and he was much better as the voice of a bear than McKellen.
A small, trivial point, but I always felt he got a raw deal there and I I've kind of been in his corner ever since, as it were. Mind you, he might be glad he got replaced anyway, seeing as how the movie didn't exactly hit it out of the park.
Really not that familiar with these folks but I do sort of like Anozie as Sgt Dap
