Pym has walked away from the Ant Man identity. He's the one who hasn't been Ant Man in a long time. And yes I know O'Grady has been killed off. Both of those facts coupled with the characters troublesome personal personal histories make it more likely that Scott Lang will be Ant Man in the movie.

Does anybody think that Disney would use a character involved in domestic violence? Or another who used his abilities to lookup women's skirts? Hell on the cover of O'Grady's Ant Man title it shows him perving on a woman in the shower.

Ah sorry, FF would be the one that I don't read.  As far as the Domestic Abuse thing, Yeah he did it in one issue.  It wasn't like he was beating her for like 30 years.  Its funny, They will fight female villians and heroes in every issue to the point they almost kill them, and no one says anything, but one time Pym back hands the wasp cause she wouldn't stop nagging him and it haunts him forever.  BTW - I don't condone DV, I'm just pointing out hypocrissy.

IMDB for ANTMAN has Paul Rudd cast as PYM

Look if they are willing to put Stark's alcoholism and addictive tendancies into the character, then all I am saying is do the same for Pym. Pym for lack of a better term is an asshole. So make the character that way. Personally I was thinking more along the lines of Joshua Jackson for the role. He can play that role real well.

wow another reason for me not to be interested in this, not a huge fan of his, not counting it out tho

trollman, IMDB is editable by users.  They do go back and fact-check on occasion to confirm, but I usually don't trust IMDB for titles, synopsises, characters, actors, etc. until the film is actually in-production or finished.  They are barely a step above Wiki-pedia as far as credibility goes.

Agreed. IMDB is hardly reliable. Wright has said "To Steal an an Ant Man" Scott Lang's origin story, is his inspiration for a superhero heist film. The test footage appears to be inspired by a similar scene in the comic.
