the 4th director? hmmmmm...(red flag)

That is as big as a red flag as you can get in Hollywood. Between the actual superhero comic adaptions and the superhero comedies, they are really saturating the market. It does not bode well. You can expect future superhero themed to do a lot less bank then the would have like 2 years ago.

WHAT!?........ Mr Smith I have tried to defend you on this sight, and I know I am risking being kicked out of your fan club and having my limited edition autographed Independence Day action figure ripped from my grasp, but I haven't even seen a trailer and I smell cheese.... or is that sh*t.... Anyway what's up with that title, sounds like bad porn.

didn't they learn anything from My Super ExGirlfriend

I wouldn't get concerned over not having seen a trailer for this movie since it hasn't even begun production (they don't even have the female lead signed yet). I'm also not too worried about the fact that they're on their fourth director for the same reason (switch directors in the middle of production, then I think there's some issues).

However, I do worry about superhero movie burnout, including ones like this which are not based on a comic book. I also think they really need to change that title or be prepared for a lot of lewd wisecracks in the media.

And do we know this is a comedy? The IMDB shows it as being an Action/Drama, not a comedy.

Can you say "Brother From Another Planet"?
John Sayles.
There, I knew you could.

Judging by the title, there could be a possible cameo appearance by Lexington Steele.

Still, though...as a fourth director, Peter Berg's pretty good. Let's hope...

...they get rid of Smith.

HAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAAHA!!!

Ahem.

I actually forgot about that one: My Super Ex-girlfriend. Anti-Hollywood filtering system seems to be working perfectly.

I hate it when that happens.

Oh, and... worst. named. film. ever.... even taking into account Attack of the Clones.
