Guessing this won't be in theaters- might check it out when it hits Netflix.

I've seen the previous films, and I still can't figure out the plot.

Finally =) Takes a special person to follow the Phantasm movies. Personally they are great.

Love seeing the 71 Cuda back in there.

Simply you want to know the plot? It's your basic good vs evil. The boys vs the Tall Man.

The ball is back!  Not a horror movie fan but these movies are so out there they're intriguing.  I'll catch this on Netflix.  I thought Angue Scrimm was dead; that dude was old when the first one came out back in 1979.

Phantasm is a great horror/sci-fi series.  Very excited about this.  Joker is absolutly right, you really need to kind of immerse yourself in these movies to understand them.  If you watched any of parts2-3-4 as a stand alone movie you'd have no idea what the hell you were watching.  The first movie is a classic horror movie.  Hope they do a blu-ray set after this is released because Coscorelli stated this week this is the final installment of this series.

I had given up all hope that this would ever happen... especially with Angus involved.
So far beyond stoked!!!!
LOVE the Phantasm series and just introduced my 15 year old son to the original. :)

Love this series. Looking forward to this.

I'm actually surprised this hasn't been rebooted

I remember watching the first one as a kid and loving it.  Can't remember if I ever saw the second one or not.  Might have to check out all of them.

As someone watching Supernatural, and haved watched the Phantasm 1-III, I  just realized how easy it would be to converge both universes...Hell, it would be a better season plot that the crap since Lucifer for Supernatural...
