This a great loss to the SCI-FI community. I remember reading Riverworld when I was in grade school and was totally engrossed in those books. The Sci-Fi channel movie they did a few years ago was a good try at it but they could have done better........A LOT BETTER REALLY. Goodbye Phillip and may you wake up on RIVERWORLD and begin your next journey!! Hopefully someday I wil be there too and we can ride that great riverboat to the end of the river together!!
Never read any of those books, but my thoughts go out to his family.
