Fans joined famed STAR TREK writer and director Nicholas Meyer at Borders Books in Westwood, California on January 27th, to celebrate the Paramount Home Entertainment DVD release OF STAR TREK VI: THE UNDISCOVERED COUNTRY SPECIAL COLLECTOR'S EDITION.
Meyer talked to the many fans about his career and his involvement with the STAR TREK films STAR TREK: THE WRATH OF KHAN, STAR TREK IV: THE VOYAGE HOME and STAR TREK VI: THE UNDISCOVERED COUNTRY.
Meyer, a Hollywood publicist-turned-screenwriter and director has been nominated for an Academy Award for his screenplay THE SEVEN PERCENT SOLUTION and has won numerous awards, which includes a Saturn Award for Best Director for STAR TREK: THE WRATH OF KHAN. Meyer was also nominated for an Emmy Award for his contribution to the miniseries THE ODYSSEY.
After speaking to the many fans, Meyer signed posters, and DVD's.
