Finally, we have some more information on the last episodes of Star Wars: The Clone Wars. The following was posted on Dave Filoni’s Facebook Page Friday Night:

Star Wars fans - I have some exciting news! We have wrapped production on all of the remaining Star Wars: The Clone Wars episodes, and while that might be sad news in one way, it's good news in another. It means you will finally get to see them. When, exactly, is a detail I cannot yet share. I can confirm that in early 2014 you will be watching the final episodes of The Clone Wars, including one of Master Yoda's most challenging missions. So, get ready. We've got Clone Wars and Rebels coming at you in 2014. Animated Star Wars is alive and well. Trust in the Force my friends”.

Early 2014! That means soon! Hopefully, there will be something at the Star Wars Rebels Panel at the New York Comic Con. Stayed tuned Maniacs. Until then check out this clip that Star released just days after the series finale. How did the Clones get to this point and how much of a prelude will we get for Order 66?

I am very curious to see what gets tied up and what characters, if any, are able to make it to Rebels. Since we know that there are some Jedi in Rebels, maybe some go on a "long mission" or to a hidden planet?

All I want to see if the story line of Asoka Tano closed properly.

@kinetoscope - Many Jedi survived Order 66. Most ran all over the place. Killing them all is what Darth Vader was mainly doing in between EP. 3 and EP 4.

Excellent news! This was an amazing series and it deserves a proper conclusion. Curious to see what, if any, (other than the obvious) characters carry over to the Rebels series.

I wonder if somehow order 66 activated early in that clone since some of them might have been rushed thru production?

I agree therockdltj, most likely he's was triggered early and saw the Jedi as traitors and as any good soldier he must follow orders and kill the traitors, it's nice to see a adding to this great series.

It's still going to be a cut off however right?  With no clear resolution to the series?  Guess it does not have to but it would be nice for a series final.
